Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experiencePerform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other servicesPerform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliationPerform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or productsPerform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport policeResponsible for store cleanliness and imageAny other duties as assigned by managementFamiliarity with POS system will be on an added advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsTeam playerAbility to converse in basic EnglishAble to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).*6 days work week**All shifts available - morning, afternoon or night shift
