**About PRECISE**
PRECision Health Research, SingaporE (PRECISE) is the entity set up to coordinate a whole of government effort to implement Phase II of Singapore's 10-year National Precision Medicine (NPM) strategy.
PRECISE is part of the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS) umbrella of research-related business entities.
As an Assistant Manager in the Central Entity, you will support PRECISE Director of Corporate Services in overseeing, planning and management of PRECISE budget. You will also liaise with funders and other stakeholders to carry out various activities.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Work cross-functionally across teams and research partners to distil key (technical) information, craft positioning and draft reports and updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders;
- Prepare project concept paper for NPM Phase III funding;
- Work closely with Director Corporate Services in grant/budget management matters;
- Coordinate activities across PRECISE and research partners, tracking performance measures for key initiatives and manage periodic reports to PRECISE management and stakeholders; and
- Perform other admin/ops related duties as assigned, e.g. taking on secretariat role for key meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bsc in health & biological sciences or related discipline and preferably at least 3 years of experience in the R&D and/or Healthcare sector;
- Experience in coordinating national level strategic programmes and knowledge of the healthcare and HBMS domain highly preferred;
- Strong competencies in programme management, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and resources in a fast-paced environment;
- Strategic thinker, ability to multi-task, proven problem-solving skills and resourceful;
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment; and able to work independently, and collaboratively in teams
- Outstanding oral, written communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly
