Cash Office Assistant

**Responsibilites**:

- Regularly perform audits to ensure that cash and gift vouchers are accounted for accurately.
- Issue petty cash, facilitate domination exchange for cashiers and ensure that they have an adequate supply of coins for making change.
- Keep cashiers informed of any known instances of counterfeit currency.
- Assist cashiers in identifying and handling suspicious or counterfeit bills.
- Compile a daily report detailing cash sales, foreign currency, and vouchers received from suppliers.
- Review over/short reports to identify discrepancies in cash counts.
- Prepare and check new floats, sales bags, slip bags, float cards for promotions.
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support the overall operation of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE O Level
- Prior cashiering experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 5 days work week, 830am to 530pm, 2 off days rotating
