In Group Finance, we provide support and insightful analysis to business as well as management to enable the Company to make the right decisions. Our support areas include tax & accounting, reconciliation, capital management and business planning.

The successful incumbent will play an integral role in driving the team to deliver gold standards and ultimately towards the Company’s vision.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible to:
1) Handle full spectrum of Account Payable

2) Liaise with business units and trading representative for profit sharing

3) Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries for month-end and year-end reporting

4) Maintain and reconcile accrual and prepayment schedule

5) Liaise with auditor and tax agents for audit and corporate tax matter

6) Keep abreast with the latest GST and corporate tax rules

7) Assist in project and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years relevant working experiences (experience in Audit is preferrable)
- Excellent skills with MS Office (familiarity with SUN accounting system is a bonus)
- A dynamic and passionate professional with excellent interpersonal skill
- Able to work in a team and individually with minimum guidance
- Highly initiative with a willingness to learn
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
