Read, Understand & follow labcorp Policy, SOP and guides.
- Perform daily routine facility system check
- Perform task assigned by Facility Manager/Coordinator
- Perform assigned maintenance/repair work orders in M&E, Infrastructure and building works
- Manage and supervise contractor on maintenance/repairs/renovations
- Total Maintenance System(TMS) administration
- Assign Work request, PM schedule and reporting.
- Involve and responsible for Facilities supply ordering and restocking
- Maintain records and service logs of service report.
- DO/Invoice and all other facilities related documents and tracks their status.
- Able to work overtime (If need).
