**Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented **Operations Analyst **to join our Performance Management team in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region. You will play a crucial role in gathering data, analyzing performance metrics, and providing valuable insights. Your recommendations will help us improve our processes and enhance our overall operational performance. **Role and Responsibilities**
- Gather, organize, and make sense of operational data from different sources while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Use advanced statistical methods, data analysis techniques, and Excel to carefully study large datasets, finding patterns, unusual things, and important information.
- Collaborate with the Performance Management team to ingeniously conceptualize, craft, and uphold dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Forge close collaborations with stakeholders to glean insights into their reporting needs, showcasing your adaptability as you customize dashboards for distinct audiences.
- Vigilantly oversee operational KPIs, uncovering performance trends, deviations, and pathways for enhancement.
- Prepare in-depth cost analysis for Profit and Loss (P&L) reviews, assessing cost performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist and collaborate with operations and finance teams to contribute insights into the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with operational goals and performance metrics.

**Ad-hoc Reporting and Analysis**:

- Swiftly respond to impromptu data and analytical requests from leadership and stakeholders, generating tangible impacts on decision-making.
- Creating detailed reports for senior management and executives regarding projects and improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years working as a Operations data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to translate and convey insights effectively to business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools including Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerBI, Access, Excel, Power Query, VBA, PowerPoint, Viso, Project, Teams), SQL, Tableau & SAP.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance issues.
- Familiarity with operations management concepts and process improvement methodologies including Kaizen, LEAN Six Sigma is a plus.
