We are looking for a motivated **Functional Business Analyst / PMO**to join our client’s Finance & Data Technology team. This role will focus on managing change requests under the Quarterly Release (QR) framework and providing departmental PMO/administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Change Request Management (Primary Role)**:

- Manage “Run the Bank” change requests across finance and data domains.
- Act as single point of contact for business needs and liaise with technical delivery teams.
- Work with business users to formalize requirements and obtain initial estimates.
- Consolidate and prioritize CRs for impact assessment, reviewing analysis and quotations with stakeholders.
- Manage budget allocation, billing, and reporting of prioritised change requests.

**PMO & Administrative Support (Secondary Role)**:

- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of resources.
- Organize meetings and prepare decks for department head.
- Maintain project dashboards and coordinate training schedules.
- Support PMO activities including reporting and tracking.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.

**Experience**:

- At least 4 + years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Previous exposure to system analysis and PMO functions is an advantage.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Energetic, organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fast learner with excellent stakeholder management skills.

**Technical / Domain Skills**:

- Advanced MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.
- Strong data analysis and reporting ability.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Advanced MS Excel (Macros), MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
