**If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at usThe incumbent plays a critical role in driving the Bank’s risk management strategy by performing the full spectrum of market risk compliance function.**

**Summary**
- Perform the full spectrum of market risk compliance function, including checks and stress tests, to ensure adherence to approved limits, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advisory on emerging industry developments, and contribute to the evolving risk management landscape in the banking sector.
- Prepare management reports and presentation decks for Senior Management and Compliance Meetings.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare daily risk reports to ensure the bank branch office’s adherence to various risk limits.
- Analyse P&L statements and ensure that abnormalities are promptly highlighted to the respective Head of Departments.
- Identify and report non-compliance of regulatory limits.
- Prepare and present market risk reports & findings at meetings with internal stakeholders/committees.
- Document and update new policies, work process and procedures in the Risk Management Manual.
- Ensure that feedback from regulators are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a Financial institution.
- Certifications in FRM and/or PRMIA will be advantageous
- Prior experience in Murex software will be a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
