Duties & Resposibilities:

- Lead WSH supervisors and safety workers to carry out environmental, safety & health related rectification works and improvement works.
- Conduct EHS induction for all personnel entering the site to work (e.g. employees, contractors, clients etc)
- Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report.
- Assist WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
- Ensure daily checklists are properly documented.
- Carry out mass toolbox meeting once a week.
- Carry out site inspection with WSH supervisor to ensure workplace is safe and clean.
- Coordinate with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
- Check if supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures.
- Follow up with LEW on the monthly required electrical inspection.
- Ensure pest control carry out the weekly fogging and larvaeciding.
- Report to WSH Officer/Project Director/Project Manager on the site safety progress (e.g. employee training, violations, complaints, incident, accident, etc.).
- Take care of emergency rescue equipment and safety equipment (e.g. ECM machine, noise meter, gas detector, SCBA, tri-pod, stretcher, first aid box, etc.)
- 6 days’ work week.
