- Conceptualize, strategize, lead, and implement branding campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and media and consumer engagement plans.
- Review, assess, and monitor the effectiveness of product/marketing strategies.
- Conduct market intelligence and consumer insights projects using various mediums and platforms to stay updated on trends in the F&B sector.
- Develop and articulate value propositions for online and offline materials to raise consumer awareness and influence preferences for Ya Kun products/menu offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the corporate profiles of Ya Kun and Beard Papa’s.
- Optimize marketing expenditures for improved revenue management and cost budgeting.
- Manage relationships with advertising, media, social, community, and government agencies.
- Execute digital marketing strategies for both Ya Kun and Beard Papa’s.
- Develop content and artwork for social media and online platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, website, EDM, and e-commerce sites.
- Drive sales for e-commerce sites.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
