If you have a successful track record for driving sales growth in-stores and inspiring performance in others; then we want you here with us immediately.

**A Better Retail Sales Leader Will**:

- Possess strong Negotiating and Interpersonal Skills
- Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of daily store sales and KPI goals.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store brands in order to provide top-notch advice to shoppers
- Generate, Review and Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for management review
- Create an extraordinary service experience by developing direct and meaningful relationships with our customers.
- Maintain store organizational and homekeeping standards and adapt to varying job assignments and tasks within the store.
- Positively represent the Better brand by upholding strong professionalism and integrity; and adhering to operational policies with excellence.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
