**The Company**

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Manufacturing MNC with a long tradition of providing outstanding service to customers in multiple locations globally. Due to business expansion, we are now recruiting for a Finance Director, APAC to be based in the Singapore office.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the senior management in determining strategies and growth plans, you will be leading and developing the finance team across financial accounting and reporting, FP&A, costing, statutory audit and tax. As a key leader in the finance organization, you will optimize the company's financial performance, ensure robust financial systems, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Other key areas include providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting as well as managing cashflow and participate in other corporate finance and M&A matters. Last but not least to establish and maintain working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders as well as provide mentorship to the Finance team across Asia.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a leadership position within the manufacturing industry. We are looking for a strong leader with strong costing background who is decisive, analytical and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. There will light travelling required across Asia.
