**Summary of Role**

This role will report to the Products and Technology Legal Group, which manages Legal Operations and provides cross-functional legal solutions and legal counsel on a wide variety of matters, including technology development, intellectual property, strategic sourcing relationships, and supplier relationships/disputes. This role will also work closely with our legal and compliance teams in facilitating Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance efforts.

As Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain, you will be integral to the development and manufacture of Maxeon products, from solar cells, panels, and energy systems to digital tools, which require dynamic and creative solutions to address legal issues. You will collaborate with the broader legal team and the supply chain team on risk mitigation, business strategy, and policies.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of transactional experience drafting, negotiating and advising on supply and procurement agreements for goods and services, including agreements related to materials, components, commodities, technology, intellectual property, development, and manufacturing.
- Expertise in contract management, including the use of digital tools to manage procure-to-pay processes and document management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise and build relationships with colleagues and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and business sense with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Ability to develop and facilitate collaboration by cultivating relationships and effective counseling and communicating with internal and external parties.
- Self-managed and self-motivated to develop an internal team.
- Curious, technology lover who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with data privacy issues preferred.
