DLP Manager (Ref.No. R1007768)

at our location in Singapore

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of URS signalling and ICS Comms equipment maintenance activities (faults and defects) as per DLP (Defect Liability Period) contracts obligations and KPI.
- Developing DLP project plans and timelines
- Coordinating DLP, maintenance and warranty activities with internal and external resources to ensure timely completion
- Manage the repair activities / processes and spares stock levels to ensure smooth operations for our customers through coordination with internal (Quality, Logistics, Design, Engineering) and external (SMRT, LTA e.g. and suppliers) stakeholders
- Evaluate equipment test logs for root cause analysis of failures
- Review of repair reports from suppliers
- In charge of spares and repair data management
- Production of progress metrics and reporting to the customer. Track DLP activity progress and communicate updates to stakeholder regularly
- Provide timely and reliable information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure components stock availability for repair activities, documentation and schematics
- Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during DLP lifecycle
- Supporting Bids, estimating the workload and equipment spares costs
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with customers, prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, customer communication and presentations.
- Support project managers in managing relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by project managers and bid managers
- Supporting LTSS projects with key metrics, lessons learned, best practices and data
- Reporting to HoD&S, creating weekly reports and dashboards for KPIs
- Managing and developing DLP team according to current and future projects

You have:

- Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced level and Power BI usage is a plus)
- Customer interfacing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work
