**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic projects that support RGCC’s growth and influence.
- Develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the successful completion of deliverables.
- Identify and address potential risks to keep projects on track.
- **Engagement and Advocacy**:

- Actively participate in and collaborate with associations, societies, and institutes to strengthen RGCC’s reputation and market presence.
- Initiate activities and programs that subtly promote RGCC’s services within these networks.
- **Institutional and Government Relations**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with international institutions and government agencies.
- Advocate for the integration of RGCC services into standard medical protocols and practices.
- Strategically position RGCC as a partner of choice for healthcare advancements.
- **Leadership Positioning**:

- Represent RGCC at conferences, forums, and events to showcase its expertise and contributions.
- Lead initiatives that position RGCC as a thought leader in cancer diagnostics and personalized healthcare.
- **Strategic Activities**:

- Develop and implement initiatives that expand RGCC’s presence in the market while aligning with long-term goals.
- Coordinate partnerships and collaborative efforts to elevate RGCC’s visibility and influence.
- **Performance and Reporting**:

- Evaluate the impact of projects and advocacy efforts.
- Provide detailed updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus (but not necessary)
- Proven experience - 5+ years in project management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic partnerships
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with institutions and official bodies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective representation.
- Experience working with Healthcare Association, government agencies or healthcare advocacy is highly desirable.
- Fluency in **English and Chinese** (spoken and written).

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
