Our client, a global leading Semicon machine manufacturer is looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. The role is responsible for a new supplier and part qualification and driving the supplier to achieve a zero defect strategy. The incumbent is required to work closely with R&D, commodity management, production, and process team globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains the Supplier Quality Management Standards Guidelines and procedures, etc.
- Manage all aspects of Supplier Program lifecycle: scheduling, planning, issuing agendas, executing, issuing reports, evaluating responses, requesting clarification, issuing CA/PA, and closure.
- Responsible for Supplier Development plan, Audit & revaluation schedule.
- Responsible for the qualification of new suppliers.
- Partner and work collaboratively with manufacturing sites, and staff to execute the Supplier Quality audit and qualification program and schedule.
- Work with procurement team on supplier strategy
- Map out a supplier development plan with existing and potential suppliers.
- Department budget planning and asset management
- Manage supplier part qualification process
- Analyze data quarterly to identify the risks and customize plans continuously improve the supplier performance
- Perform audits on suppliers to ensure continued Supplier conformance to the quality system requirements
- Manage First Article approval of new parts and report to the project team
- Develop inspection plan/instruction for incoming goods
- Perform preliminary deflect analysis on production or field returns and follow up with supplier for corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor supplier’s performance and drive supplier improvement to meet quality expectations
- Process and system improvement at the department and instanter-departmental
- Develop new ideas and new technology to improve process or efficiency
- Continuous improvement of the development process

**Requirements**:

- Possess leadership skills; Able to lead suppliers in continuous improvement
- Master’s Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
