**Role Summary**

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- **Direct Support**: Assist the Senior Manager with daily tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
- **Website Management**: Maintain and update the corporate website (3 languages), manage content, and monitor analytics.
- **Social Media**: Create engaging content, schedule posts, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- **Graphic Design**: Maintain brand assets, design marketing materials, and update company profiles.
- **Event Support**: Coordinate with organizers, assist with logistics, and promote events across channels.
- **Vendor Management**: Assist with vendor feedback, asset delivery and monitoring project development.
- **Content Creation**: Assist with writing and editing blog posts, press releases, media articles and website content.
- **Promotional Goods**: Maintain adequate stocks across markets and a pool of suitable vendors, liaising directly with all markets to support their needs and collaborate on sourcing.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), familiarity with CMS.
- **Communication**: Strong writing and editing skills, fluency in English. Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
- **Attributes**:Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- **Passion for Sustainability & Marketing**:A keen interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
- **Creative & Adaptable**:Able to balance attention to detail with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- **Reliability & Integrity**:A strong work ethic, open and honest approach, willingness to take initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.
