Senior Engineering Store Supervisor

1.Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Engineering Stores by coordinating work assignment with internal/external customers and Store technicians to ensure proper receipt, storage and issue of MRO spares in compliance to Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Document Practice, Data integrity (DI) and Standard Operating Procedures.

2.Maintain up-to-date inventory data in EAMS to reflect real-time information.

3.Liaise with Procurement to seek quotation as per site policy, raise PR timely and track material delivery to ensure sufficient inventory to support operaion.

4.Support site project to manage the procurement of the projects material takeoff (MTO), PR, material tracking, delivery, receipt and issuing to project engineer/contractor for site installation.

5.Manage the Engineering Stores technician performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problems resolution.

6.As the Front-Line Leaders (FLL) with strong understanding of GMP and good data management practices. He should ensure an active daily presence in GMP work area to observe work activities and practices within their role responsibilities.

- MRO spare available to support operation and zero cycle count
- Safe custody of stock material and Cycle Count
- Store team performance
- Good Data Management and Data Integrity

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manage and lead a team of Store technicians in the Engineering Stores to ensure that receipt, storage, issuance and replenishment of MRO spares are effectively and efficiently carried out.
- Provide seamless service to both internal and external customers in the expeditious handling of any urgent requests, receipt, updating records and issuance of materials.
- Review/maximize storage space utilization within available space in a consistent manner.
- Engineering Store’s Subject Matter Expert (SME). Ensure that audit deviations/observation gaps are closed out.
- Generate reports and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock and coordinate with stakeholders to review usage, min/max, reorder quantity and inventory levels
- Review and maintain up-to-date EAMS records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Schedule work for periodic cycle counting of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and zero stock outs at all times
- Lead team in tracing history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to Quality (DI/GMP/GDP), EHS and local authority regulation requirement.
- Lead/drive/support the team to focus on Safety and GMP Compliance as operational priorities (include metrics), know the process and procedures, including the principles and practices of ALCOA.
- Develop effective monitor action for team. Ensure daily presence in GMP work area to observe work activity and practices within their role responsibilities. Be vigilant for potential actions or behaviors that could result in breaches of GMP compliance or Data Integrity principles.
- Lead/drive/support the team for real time escalations of any concerns or needs. Observant, investigate and report actions or behaviors that may negatively impact the desired outcome of the GMP process or activity.
- Evaluate alternate supplier with stakeholders and procurement to achieve cost and quality effectiveness
- Generate Stores performance metrics on a regular basis and implement continuous improvement programmes.
- Coach, motivate and develop the Engineering Store Technicians
