To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments, providing timely and insightful advice to business stakeholders. You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners, leveraging your expertise to drive business decisions that meet regulatory requirements. By taking a proactive and collaborative approach, you'll help maintain the bank's reputation as a trusted and compliant financial institution.

**What you do**
- Provide regulatory compliance advice to the Bank’s consumer financial business.
- Keep abreast of new and changes to regulations.
- Drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Act as the liaison with regulators for regulatory compliance matters
- Review regulatory compliance policies and procedures of relating to the Bank’s consumer financial business.
- Identify, assess and document compliance risks associated with business activities, including development of new products and business practices.
- Provide regulatory compliance training.
- Manage all other projects assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

**Qualifications**

**Who you are**
- Possess a university degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance in a bank or external audit focusing on audit of financial institutions.
- Familiar with financial products and services.
- Proven leadership, organization and facilitation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent and resourceful.
- Embodies teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work under time constraint and pressure.
