**Director of Workforce Systems, Analytics & Platform Development**:
Role Summary:
The Director of Workforce Systems, Analytics & Platform Development is a strategic leadership role suited for an individual with a strong background in systems thinking, engineering analytics, and educational leadership. This role will lead the optimization of recruitment and deployment systems for foreign domestic workers (FDWs) and oversee the backend development of a mobile app that supports operations, clients, and workers. In addition, the role will be responsible for running roadshows, leading training programs, organizing events, and delivering professional learning sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Workforce & Recruitment Systems Optimization**:

- Model and improve manpower flow using systems analysis techniques to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce mismatch rates.
- Analyze data from sourcing, placement, and post-placement stages to identify trends, forecast needs, and design intervention strategies.
- Lead development of performance dashboards and recruitment intelligence tools to guide business decision-making.

**2. Mobile App Backend Oversight**:

- Oversee and collaborate with app developers to ensure robust backend systems that power client-worker matching, task tracking, contract management, and secure data storage.
- Translate operational and compliance requirements (e.g., MOM guidelines) into backend system functionality.
- Ensure backend design supports future expansion, including AI/ML features, chat integrations, and client feedback loops.

**3. Events, Training & Public Engagement**:

- Plan and run outreach roadshows, agency marketing events, and community engagement programs to enhance the company’s public profile and FDW awareness.
- Organize training programs and induction sessions for new hires, partners, and domestic workers.
- Lead professional learning workshops for staff, leveraging best practices in cognitive science, communication, and educational psychology.
- Lead Asia Pacific educational activities, camps, learning workshops for employers, new hires, children, partners, domestic workers and external companies, etc.

**4. Strategic and Operational Leadership**:

- Serve as a cross-functional leader aligning analytics, operations, and product development teams under a common strategy.
- Contribute to compliance, innovation, and service excellence across the company’s ecosystem.
- Represent the agency at conferences, sourcing-country delegations, and local manpower events to advocate for ethical recruitment and digital transformation.

**5. Sales & Client Sourcing**:

- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies targeting households, corporate clients, and partner organizations.
- Lead sales presentations, B2B negotiations, and relationship management to grow the agency's client base.
- Analyze client needs and tailor workforce solutions and service offerings accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to support campaigns, app promotion, and lead generation.
- Established network and client acquisition within Asia Pacific (esp. Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia etc)

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in Computation, Engineering, Techlogy, Science and Master in Engineering.
- Proven leadership in analytics, education, or systems optimization roles.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and training facilitation experience.
- Understanding of backend systems or digital product ecosystems (coding experience not required, strategic oversight preferred).
- Experience with event planning, professional learning delivery, or public education initiatives is a plus.
