**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct and carry out TBM and allocate the task to supervisors and team.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly construction report.
- To monitor the site progress and highlight obstructions to carry out works.
- Ensure site team perform all the activities in safe and effective manner.
- Assist in technical studies and prepare for monthly progress claim.
- Assist in project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, plan schedule and sequencing project elements.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Prepares project progress reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains project data base, entering and backing up data.
- Prepare the site progress photos for progress.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Residential Construction industry.
