**The Role
You will be assisting Controllers of Willis Towers Watson Broking Entities in area of financial controller functions such as Month end closing process, maintaining General ledger and daily bank records, bank reconciliations, taxation, handling GST computation and regulatory reporting to Singapore Authority including other financial and accounting works as and when required.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage all accounting operations including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), General Ledger, Fixed assets and bank transactions;
- Support month-end and year-end close process;
- General Ledger reconciliation of balance sheet accounts;
- Support A/P booking, quality control and payments process;
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
- Support the preparation of regulatory reporting (e.g. Statutory reporting);
- Prepare and submit Quarterly GST return;
- Prepare supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor;

**The Requirements**
- At least 3 years experiences in the financial services preferred from Insurance Industry.
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity qualities
- Ability to work both independently and in teamwork.
- Sense of accountability
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Financial Systems such as Oracle
- At least obtained a Diploma in accounting from recognized higher Institutions in Singapore Proficiency in English language
