Job Description Summary: This job engages with team members to contribute to credit portfolio solutions and efficiencies. They assist in monitoring credit risks and follow established processes to support management efforts. This role encourages participation in data collection and analysis, fostering collaboration to suggest improvements and enhance performance within the credit portfolio.

**Job Description**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Perform portions of risk assessments and credit worthiness requiring financial knowledge and developing business expertise
- Support and may lead regulatory projects of limited scope impacting PayPal's compliance standards
- Analyze and risk mitigation recommendations within limited parameters under regular supervision
- Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
