The Executive will provide administrative support in the planning and execution of all administration, financial and operational needs for the Office of Clinical Service (OCS).

The duty of the incumbent includes the following but is not limited to:

- Providing administrative support for planning and coordinating clinical projects in tandem with the OCS team, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project goals
- Proving administrative assistance across various domains under OCS, ensuring efficient coordination and support for diverse initiatives as assigned
- Staff meetings and draft minutes for meeting between DCEO (Clinical) and stakeholders such as Clinical HODs, Clinical Programme Directors, external agencies, etc
- Collation of nominations for any courses / trainings related to clinicians which OCS needs to submit to other Secretariats such as ACP, etc
- Assist in planning cohesion activities, handle administrative and procurement matters for OCS
- Serve as liaison person between department and external parties or stakeholders when required
- Cross-cover duties of Senior Secretary for DCEO (Clinical)
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Business related courses (accountancy, finance etc). Fresh graduates and Diploma holders with three - five years of relevant working experience will be considered.
- Proficient in simple editing software (Canva, etc)
- Meticulous and strong administrative skills
- Good communication skills and a team player
