**5) Membership Executive**
- Assists in price matching and negotiation between prospects and members
- Works with Membership Team to bring in Term membership sales
- Performs membership data entries and creations
- Performs routine membership-related tasks such as maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules and issuing membership articles
- Extracts membership data and reports, updates Feedback reports as well as generates Complaint Management System (CMS)
- Conducts club tours
- Conducts membership roadshows organized by Club
- Assists in resolving members’ complaints and handles feedback
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and administrative skills
- Good to have some form of presentation, selling and negotiation skills
- Good writing skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to meet targets and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Possess lots of initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work well independently and as a team
- Able to work on occasional weekends (including Public Holidays)
