**Mortgage Loan Officer**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acquire and onboard new-to-FI clients to achieve aggressive sales targets related to loan disbursements, client count and portfolio quality.
- Provide expert advice to clients on refinancing, loan structuring, and repayment plans.
- Conduct detailed assessments of borrowers’ financial profiles, including income, credit history, and current debts.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track loan progress from approval to disbursement.
- Assist clients with any post-approval queries including repayment inquiries and adjustments.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations, lending policies, and market trends.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A degree or diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer loans, mortgage or banking services.
- Experience in real estate markets and valuation is an added advantage.
- Strong client acquisition skills.
- Possesses financial analysis background.
- Responsible and result-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
