**Position**:Full-Time Sales Specialist **(Salary shown is including basic + sales commission)**
**Language**: English (Chinese or Malay is preferred)

**Core Responsibility**:
Your primary goal is to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and you won’t be doing it alone. Our dedicated team is committed to helping you succeed.

**Key Job Functions**:

- Address customer inquiries regarding Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) requirements and hiring processes.
- Conduct interviews with potential MDWs at our overseas training centers.
- Shortlist MDWs based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer interviews.
- Handle after-sales service issues for both customers and MDWs.
- Follow through on closed deals and manage part of the hiring process and logistics.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strong drive and desire to succeed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, and WhatsApp Web
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- CEI certification and experience in a related field are preferred but not required

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

License/Certification:

- CEI (Basic or KAH) (preferred)
