**Position: SEO Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content for better search engine visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular performance reports to clients, help to review SEO campaign performance, and work with other team members to help grow it.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across content.
- Work to perform link building activities to increase domain authority and strengthen backlink profiles.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to clients and team members.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
