**What You'll Do**
- Strategic Projects Management: Drive projects in Product Engineering. This entails KPI and RAG monitoring, risk anticipation and mitigation, correction mechanisms for better outcome predictability, and robust stakeholder management.
- Relationship Building: Develop, manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to support planning and execution of strategic goals. Drive and run forums to ensure effective alignment between groups - expose needs, interdependencies, limitations, constraints, and mitigate potential silo approaches.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage strategic contract agreements and develop strong relationships with key vendors to achieve maximum Return-On-Investment.

**Who You'll Work With**
- Circles.Life CTO, Head of Engineering Operations and key leaders across Engineering
- External stakeholders in departments such as Product, Finance, Legal, People & Culture etc

**What We Are Looking For**
- Project Management experience: 6+ years of relevant experience working within a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Handled and delivered complex projects, ideally within a heavily matrixed organization where s/he was able to demonstrate leadership and lead effectively via influencing
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Organization and planning: Plans, organizes, and schedules in an efficient and productive manner.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change, especially in a start-up culture.
