As a **Full-Time Store Associate** at JEULIA, you will become a key ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your expertise and enthusiasm.**YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:Sales Excellence**
- Warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend jewelry that aligns with their style and preferences.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets while increasing average transaction value.
- Ensure seamless checkout processes and accurate transaction handling.

**Customer-Centric Service**
- Provide expert guidance on jewelry selection, styling, and care to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address inquiries about materials, craftsmanship, and maintenance with confidence and professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns and manage after-sales services to uphold JEULIA’s reputation.

**Product & Visual Management**
- Maintain impeccable product displays and arrangements in line with brand standards.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and collaborate with the team to optimize stock management.

**Store Operations**
- Support promotional activities, including event setups and flyer distribution.
- Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, organization, and data entry to ensure smooth operations.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals and foster a positive team environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales skills and deepen jewelry knowledge.

**WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS Basic Qualifications**:

- Age 20-35, with a polished and professional appearance.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English or additional languages is a strong advantage.

**Professional Skills**:

- 1+ years of retail experience (preferred in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion).
- Knowledge of jewelry materials/designs or the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong sales acumen, including customer needs analysis and recommendation skills.

**Personal Traits**:

- Passionate about sales, customer service, and the JEULIA brand.
- Outgoing, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Resilient under pressure, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays).

**Career Growth Path**:
Store Associate → Senior Sales Consultant → Assistant Store Manager → Store Manager
