**Key accountabilities**:

- Assist Executive Sous Chef in maintaining smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Assist and ensure quality of the prepared food and cooking techniques used are of high standards.
- Ensure all kitchen staffs abide by the rules and regulations of the FNB department.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in certificate from a recognized institution majoring in Food & Beverage.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a hotel or institutional catering business with a minimum of 2 year working experience as a Junior Sous-Chef. Preferable from a five star hotel.
- Knowledge of nutritional aspect in food preparation. Strong background in all local cuisines
- Able to speak, write and read English and preferably be able to understand one or more local dialects.

- Must be ateam player and operation bound
