**What you'll be doing**
- Handle all enquiries relating to the fund accounting, subscription and redemption, or any other general inquiries from investors. Coordinate with external fund administrator if necessary
- Prepare and send fund performance reports and other reports to investors
- Handle KYC and onboarding of new investors in coordination with external compliance consulting firms
- Manage cash flow and expenses of the fund on a daily basis, in coordination with the operations team
- Coordinate payment instructions with the operations team
- Maintain accurate records of all fund transactions
- Ensure compliance with AML procedures in coordination with compliance consulting firms
- Work out and provide NAV and account statements to Investors
- Assist the finalization and filing of annual audited financial statements. Review of audit documents and financial statements for any discrepancies
- Prepare and review other regulatory filings, as necessary
- Resolve fund administrative issues

**What you bring to EMURGO**
- Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance preferred) required
- Minimum 5 years working experience in venture capital or private equity firms, or hedge funds investing in private equity within the fund administration department
- Team worker with outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Strong positive attitude
- Eligible to work in a MAS registered fund
- Fluent in English; speaking and writing
- Singapore resident
- Open to learn and listen; to challenge in the venture capital industry focused in blockchain
