**Job Description
If you are excited to explore possibilities in the web3 space, and interested in beautiful designs that communicate and make an impression, this role may be for you

**What you will be working on**:

- Create and work on branding guidelines across the company
- Produce images and layouts to be posted on social media
- Ideate and produce templates to accompany social media posts
- Craft original and iconic creative concepts in response to Marketing andCommunications team briefs,objectives and goals
- Build flows and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems if required
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using digital rendering tools or by hand
- Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphicelement within a creative assignment
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, working with in-house creatives,stakeholders, and third party vendors
- Collaborate with Marketing team to build and propagate iconic brand elements
- Ensure consistency of design elements on the company branding on public-facinggraphics across various media including social media, EDMs, and banners

**We are looking for**:

- Proficient in digital rendering
- A creative eye with experience in developing and evolving content and brand strategies
- Experience in a multimedia content marketing role, with direct hands-on responsibilitywith a variety of content deliverables
- Experience in product design and UI across a variety of platforms including web and desktop and maintaining UI components for web platforms experience with mockup and prototyping tools: Sketch, Framer, Principle, Figma, Invision is a bonus
- Experience with Tech and Web3 companies is a plus
- Experience working or strong interest working at the intersection of technology and finance
- Excellent communication skills. Bias to action. Ability to build relationships at all levels across the company and really learn what drives the business
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable. Highly adaptable in a fast paced environment
- Great team player. Desire to grow through iteration and commitment. An all around greatperson with an infectious personality
