- Guoyi Zhang- Director Join our Client's Compliance Transformation Team to drive the evolution of the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform and leverage compliance data strategically.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead transformation of AML capabilities across areas like Source of Wealth Assessment, Name Screening, and KYC scoring for client onboarding and review.
- Define product roadmap, map user journeys, and manage the product backlog through Design Thinking principles. Collaborate with Agile squads to build a NextGen platform integrating AI and digitalization.
- Engage stakeholders for requirement gathering, process mapping, and seamless implementation across business functions.
- Prepare steering committee updates covering project status, risks, and mitigation plans for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Group Technology and vendors to develop scalable IT solutions with mínimal business disruption.
- Automate data analytics with Python and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Qlikview for compliance reporting.
- Formulate and lead UAT testing; deliver training on process and system changes.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years as a Product Owner in Client Onboarding or Client Lifecycle Management with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in business requirement documentation, process mapping, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with AML compliance or risk management preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with MS Office, Visio, JIRA, and data visualization tools.
- Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification is a plus.
