Job Description & Responsibilities: 1) Engage and communicate professionally with prospects and members who come from all types of diverse backgrounds 2) Manage events such as roadshows and collaborations with external vendors to drive gym sales 3) Run the day to day operations of a gym club 4) Build knowledge of the gym services the gym provides to customers and gain insights into the fitness industry 5) Manage stakeholders such as the working partners of the gym club. 6) Active participation in building and fine-tuning marketing processes, leveraging on sales and marketing tools and platforms such as social media. 7) Basic graphic design and video creation for social media marketing Competencies - Possess a "go-get-it" attitude and have the DRIVE to Succeed. - Sales-oriented ability would be an advantage. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, service oriented and demonstrated track record of people management. - Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate way. - Ability to work in a self - directed, organized manner, possess strong leadership skills. - Excellent telephone skills, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, advanced computer skills and ability to work effectively with staff (including training, monitoring and evaluating performances), among others. - Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, capable in problem solving and meeting deadlines. - Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be proactive. - Reliable and trustworthy, tact and diplomacy. Minimum Duration of traineeship: Career Level: Assistant Manager Desirable qualifications & experience - NCSF/ ACE certification, CPR/AED certification - 1 year sales experience would be an advantage This position is open for mature mid career individuals only (40 years old and above). - Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification.
