We’re searching for a **Equipment** **Principal **Engineer **to be part of our **Diffusion** Department diverse team of talent.

**What you will be working on**:

- Responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion CMP Equipment Module
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality and productivity performance
- Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment and problem solving in Factory operations floor
- Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes
- Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
- Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity
- Coordinate, supervise and develop a team of high performance equipment engineers

**More About You**:

- Degree in Chemical / Electrical and Electronics / Materials / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Physics or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years working experience in CMP equipment or related module
- Familiar with Mirra polishing tools and DNS Scrubber
- Highly motivated and strong team player
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality first mindset and strong analytical, problem solving skills
