Momentus Hotel Alexandra is seeking for a General Manager to oversee the overall leadership and management of the hotel business and operation to drive pre-determined commercial goals and service standards to next higher level.
**Job Summary**
- Prepare the hotel’s annual budget and consolidate the hotel’s annual business plan and secures Management’s approval for the annual business plan.
- Prepare a comprehensive & holistic annual operating business plan, with measurable and achievable targets.
- Initiate and develop strategies and execution plans to ensure realization of the hotel goals and objectives.
- Understand and staying abreast with market sentiments to establish source of business opportunities and set priority in the development of new business.
- Develop and set KPIs to measure performance on market share (MPI), average rate (ARI) and Revpar (RGI).
- To champion high standards of services in the hotel and actively work to uphold such high standards by providing feedback to stakeholders.
- To monitor and review the hotel’s performance throughout the year and pay particular attention to variances in revenue, expenses and profitability of the hotel.
**What we're looking for**
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
