**JOB SUMMARY**:
Join our dynamic team as a Specialist, eCommerce Operations where you'll be a key player in optimising and executing Crocs' online strategies. This role is vital in supporting day-to-day tasks associated with our digital business, covering Australia and Singapore websites, app and etail.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support day-to-day tasks for digital business covering Australia, Singapore websites, app and etail.
- Execute onsite campaigns and provide support for digital marketing operations.
- Manage briefing and reviewing creative assets for onsite and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and maintain the daily campaign calendar.
- Assist in product and campaign setup.
- Support weekly reporting for onsite, app and digital marketing performance including promotion, competitor and product analysis.
- Contribute to user testing for new tools/UX, providing feedback for improved user experience.
- Collaborate with the distribution center to address order-related issues and support operational rollout of local projects.
- Lead the implementation of B2B programs in Singapore and Australia, collaborating with partners to drive incremental revenue.
- Support finance processes, including PO creation, goods receipt, and accruals, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in business or a related discipline preferred
- 1-2 years of ecommerce experience
- Experience in using ecommerce platforms. Salesforce commerce cloud, adobe analytics preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to analyze & synthesize information and recommend actions
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision
- Occasional travel to regional offices and/or conferences
