You will be providing Level 1 user support and reporting administrative support to the team. Your duties include.

**Responsibilities**:

- Validate and uploading bulk vacancies into respective systems.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Able to connect with clients over the phone to obtain critical info.
- Assist in data entry and reporting
- Provide first tier user support for events management system and job match system for internal customers and notify and follow up with vendor for Level 2 user support.
- Other administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- O level and above qualification.
- Able to converse in English
- Active participation in learning and handling user support for systems issues, incidents, requests, and queries.
- Meticulous, independent, team-player and outgoing personality.
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems.

Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: $2,000.00 per month
