The Role
As the Creative Designer, you will be reporting into the Creative lead and will assist in driving the success for creative and visual execution of all collateral (offline and online) in Singapore. You will be part of the creative team responsible for shaping visual storytelling for Lazada Singapore with umbrella of brands including RedMart and LazMall. You will also work closely with the rest of the marketing functions (CRM, partnership, social, online marketing, loyalty) and commercial teams to deliver authentic and creative experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on creative visuals for key and always-on campaigns to ensure they are aligned to brand guidelines and business objectives
- Take charge of creative adaptations for (not limited to) ad media buys
- Creative custodian alongside Creative Lead for Lazada Singapore’s brand and visual communication across all touchpoints (including organic and paid media channels)
- Work hand-in-hand Creative Lead to develop design resources, guidelines and templates that can aid in design adaptations/executions by other teams; and ensure these are cascaded to the teams promptly
- Integrate robust design skills, including layout, typography and design patterns into all campaigns
- Work closely with the brand team to solve challenges in creative briefs and work on optimisation of campaigns to achieve optimal campaign metrics

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in design, visual communication or other relevant fields with at least 2 years of creative work experience (advantage if on a FMCG or e-commerce vertical).
- Proactive, able to work independently and also a good team player.
- Love a fast-paced environment and work well under tight timelines.
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Suites and Final Cut Pro.
