“Champion Engineering & Services” is seeking an experienced as a Marketer to join our growing team and develop and execute marketing strategies to boost our customer engagement and increase sales. You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience working in a marketing-related role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers, arrange customer meetings, develop proposals, conduct follow-ups, and engage in negotiations with clients.
- Create content on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels to drive brand recall, awareness, loyalty, and engagement outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts and update website.
- Create engaging video content for our Vodcast, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Plan, produce, and edit podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and visual content.
- Develop content in written formats as well as other formats such as videos, targeted at the desired audience segment to improve SEO.
- Achieve monthly targets and performance metrics.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.

**Experience & Skills Requirements**:

- Degree holder or higher qualification preferred.
- Competency in IT systems, basic knowledge of design software - **_e.g _**Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro or After Effects would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital marketing or any similar marketing area.
- Expertise in analytical tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Excellent both verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
