We are hiring experienced Server Administrators to join us in our cause to help customers Stay Modern, ahead of the technology curve

**What is a Server Administrator?**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Setup, configuration and implementation of servers and respective processes as per business requirements
- Ensure virtualized servers are operational and functional; further develop knowledge in Hypervisors (VMWare) and other virtualization related technologies to deliver stronger outcomes
- Perform hardening of services and components as necessary - e.g. SQL, OS, web servers
- Manage server related operational activities end-to-end including and not limiting to administration and support of operating systems (RedHat, Windows, Linux)
- Handle documentation on the technical and operational aspects of the solution implemented
- Serve as the point of contact for technical matters, troubleshooting and resolving technical, operational and/or interface issues
- Work with the Project team to identify opportunities for performance optimization

**Skills Required**:

- Degree in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science and/or related fields
- At least 2 to 3 years of server administration experience, including setup and configuration
- Experience in working with hypervisors is essential
- Knowledge of network administration is an added advantage
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems including but not limiting to Windows, Linux, Redhat
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to perform data analysis and report acute observations
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- Team-working skills
- Verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Server/System Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- networking (e.g. DNS, IP addressing, DHCP): 1 year (preferred)
- Hypervisor: 1 year (preferred)
