Janio is a cross-border smart logistics solutions provider in Southeast Asia (SEA), connecting merchants, logistics partners, and major industry players across the globe. Our platform will look to use AI and machine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management, and dynamic forecasting — in order to build Southeast Asia’s leading logistics network.
THE CHALLENGE
Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for a HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR administrative matters and workplace management. This role has the potential to grow into a partner to the business unit, working closely and providing advice to unit leaders in the HR aspect.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Be involved in the coordination and driving of key initiatives for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, to offboarding
- Work closely with the Human Resources Team to implement HR best practices and processes
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as planning for company events, administrative matters and maintaining a great work environment
- Be the first point of contact for HR issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment-related issues for employees reporting to Singapore
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day Human Resources operations and follow-ups of discussions
- Support the Human Resources Team in any assigned administrative and ad-hoc tasks

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Business, Human Resource, Psychology, or any other relevant fields of study
- Min. 4 years of working experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
- Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to take initiative
- Proficient working knowledge of computer systems, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
