We are a licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in cross-border payments with near-instant settlement powered by digital assets. Our platform connects traditional finance with next-generation payment rails by leveraging a global network of banks, PSPs, crypto liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and FX dealers.

Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to build and scale the core infrastructure of our cross-border payments platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and managing relationships with key financial and digital asset partners across Southeast Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

You will be responsible for mapping and optimizing payment corridors, designing settlement workflows, and enabling frictionless payments using both fiat and digital assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the build-out of the PSP infrastructure by aligning banking, digital asset, and FX partners to enable scalable and compliant payment flows.
- Source, evaluate, and manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, FX providers, and crypto liquidity providers across key regions.
- Design a comprehensive partner matrix across all active and targeted corridors, detailing inflow/outflow capabilities, currency pairs, digital asset support, and settlement SLAs.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to build end-to-end flows (fiat, crypto, stablecoin) that meet speed, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all partner integrations are aligned with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., Travel Rule, AML/CFT, FX control regimes).
- Work closely with product, operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure operational readiness and service reliability.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and opportunities in emerging corridors; create business cases to support expansion into new markets.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in cross-border payments, banking infrastructure, or digital asset financial services.
- Strong network and proven track record in partnering with banks, PSPs, crypto exchanges, and stablecoin platforms.
- Deep understanding of settlement workflows, FX conversion, and digital asset-based payments.
- Demonstrated ability to map and manage complex financial ecosystems across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams
- High-level oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across different business units and technology and across geographies
- Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
