We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Lab Technician to support our clinical trial operations. This role focuses on handling instruments, preparing testing setups, collecting data, recruiting participants, and ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies. No chemical experiments or wet lab work are involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and calibrating clinical trial instruments and equipment.
- Support the preparation and organization of testing materials and study documentation.
- Recruit, screen, and coordinate study participants in accordance with trial requirements and protocols.
- Schedule and manage study appointments to ensure smooth participant flow.
- Collect and record study data accurately following established procedures.
- Assist in monitoring study procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project leads, investigators, and other study staff to ensure seamless study operations.
- Maintain proper inventory and storage of study supplies and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; Training will be provided.
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Science, or any related field _(other fields will also be considered) _.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different clinical trial processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with study participants.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
