**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Assist in preparation for restaurant service and table set up
- To ensure the quality and consistency of service provided to guests
- Manage stocks and inventories
- Manage guest’s complaints effectively
- Maintain good housekeeping regime and report defects in furniture and equipment

**Requirements**:

- For Supervisors / Captains - At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal communication
