RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with marketing team to create an overall brand marketing plan & ongoing plan to grow brand loyalty and awareness.
Manage pitching processes with project manager
Develop, monitor and launch brand awareness & digital campaign strategies on time and on budget.
Plan and manage our social media platform strategy.
Prepare reports on our campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Coordinate with extended or outsourced agencies/vendors to ensure quality & delivery.
Identify latest trends & technologies affecting our industry.
Support offline marketing campaign planning and execution.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our engagement, recruitment & target audience attention rate.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Professional experience working as a Content Developer, Content Strategist, Content Creator, or a similar position.
Minimum 4 years agency experience in the Digital field.
Experience with emerging digital media, such as mobile, social networking, word-of-mouth, SEO/SEM, Ecommerce.
Ability to work with various key stakeholders and independently.
An active team player who contributes to the team to complete tasks and meet team goals.
Phenomenal research skills and attention to detail..
Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and set priorities.
Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English

**Salary**: From $1.00 per month
