**Business Analyst**

As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for an analyst that will utilise their technical expertise and business acumen to develop analysis, provide valuable insights, and make recommendations for business decisions. You’ll work closely with our Business Operations Director and support the Operations & Finance team in managing data, insights and identifying key metrics for internal management discussions in driving business initiatives.

As the company continues to grow across APAC and EMEA, the need for someone to drive and bridge data streams across departments has grown. This role will see the person liaise with the Finance Operations, HR Operations and other members of the management team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a creative approach to solving major challenges.

Role:

- Assist the Business Operations Director in analysing business, finance, HR data sources and analytics resources, building data stream across departments
- Supporting the monthly business reporting with insights and data from Business Ops, HR Ops, Finance Ops, and other data narratives across the business
- Build reports and communicate data analysis, experiment design, and learnings across the global, regional and local marketing org as well as cross-functionally
- Continuously improve internal data processes, creating and maintaining data SOPs with the support of the Business Operations Director
- Working closely with Finance Operations to support tracking expenses and budgets to ensure business efficiency
- Coordinate with different internal and external teams to achieve optimal work production across the board

You:

- 5+ years of experience working in Data analytics, Business Analyst roles in an agency, consultancy or in-house team
- Hands-on experience dealing with raw data, programming languages (e.g. SQL) and using relational databases for SQL queries will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage your workflow
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and managing data sets.
- A self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and have the initiative to ideate new processes for enhanced efficiency
- Proficient in technology, especially Google Suite of products.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Motivate, inspire and have a high tolerance and appreciation for navigating ambiguity.
- Create high-level presentations for internal approvals and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills
