Job Title : Key Account Executive

Location : Singapore (North)

Role Responsibilities
- Open new accounts and drive distribution expansion.
- Build and manage new and existing customer accounts, be responsible for achieving revenue targets, gaining market share & customer retention.
- Do coffee tasting/presentation/demonstration of product and sales concept offerings to potential and existing customers.
- Manage route coverage to optimize service level to customers.
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts to address issues and identify business growth opportunities.
- Gather accurate and timely information on/from competitors' and customers' development and activities.
- Manage monthly KPI reports, and monitor customer performance by tracking sales, customer contribution, and market share.
- Forecast and submit monthly machine movement (Direct sales, FOL/Rental) report.
- Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact in departmental discussions. To resolve customer complaints service, follow up on accounts receivables or any other sales-related issues, and make recommendations to improve customer service.
- Assist in Annual Budget preparations.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in HORECA Channel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) & Outlook
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
