**About the role**

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

- Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
- Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
- Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
- Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown
- Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
- Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

As a minimum you must have:

- Minimum O Levels
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
- Experience in HVAC system design is desired to have
